The Silver Princess (Eucalyptus caesia), hailing from the Western Australian wheat belt, is one of the most recognisable eucalypts and much loved by gardeners around Australia.
The Silver Princess is a beautiful weeping ornamental mallee tree featuring large leaves and pendulous buds, with grand red fruits and flowers putting on a dramatic display during the winter months.

This artwork depicts the lance shaped leaves of the Silver Princess gum, painted in shades of Payne's Grey and Indigo watercolour hues.
